He is the author of several books including “The Alpha Male and The Women Who Get Them”, ​​​
Robert is the Senior Pastor of PowerHouse Church in Katy, Texas. He is an international speaker, leader and men's minister. He has traveled extensively equipping leaders and establishing family ministry models.
​Currently serves as Lead Pastor and Director of Wings of Life in Mobile, Al. 
He is a speaker, strategist and solution oriented leader. He has focused his efforts on the issue of fatherlessness through organizing and building teams, training and equipping leaders,  developing and  implementing programs that all attack the epidemic of fatherlessness in our world. ​
​Lead Pastor of PowerHouse Church in Latin America. Spiritual son of G.F. Watkins and Genesis Team. Church leader in Peru for 10 years and has reached over 500,000 people in their region. In 2020, he launched Hombres Alfa Internacional, a men's ministry focused on three main pillars: Identity, Affirmation, and Authority. This has propelled Jose and his team to train and disciple over 1,000 pastors and men's leaders in Latin America.
Lead Pastor of PowerHouse Family Fellowship in Namibia, Africa. Founder and Chairman of The Fatherhood Foundation. Entrepreneur and visionary with a passion to solve problems and make a lasting impact. He and his team reach about 12,000 children weekly with the Gospel in primary schools, and now has a goal of 50,000 children by 2025.
