The fundamental solution for the fatherlessness problem can be categorized into 3 areas of a man's life
Identity, Affirmation, and Purpose.
Identity
A man must see God correctly and he also must see himself like God sees him. This is the beginning of having a correct identity. To end fatherlessness, we must lead men to a proper relationship with God. This informs and empowers every other responsibility a man has in his life.

Affirmation
Jesus lived for 30 years before He was baptized by John in the Jordan River. At His baptism, He received the affirmation of His Father. This affirmation launched Jesus into his final 3 years of ministry! There is a power when a father affirms a son/daughter. Many men have never been embraced and affirmed by a father. We believe this is what breaks and heals the father wound and prepares men for their purpose.

Purpose
The best gift a father can give to his son is to connect him to his purpose. Purpose Identified produces passion! God saves us to use us to lead others. We believe that once a man as a biblical identity of himself and has been affirmed by a father, he must be launched into his purpose. God created every man with a purpose to fulfill. We must lead men to that purpose in order to transform the world and end the plague of fatherlessness.

THE Strategy
1. Establish a weekly Men's Gathering
We encourage pastors to lead their men in gathering weekly around a timely message relevant to manhood. Men desire their pastor to impart wisdom on how to be a better man, husband and father.
We also have periodic Man Church Conferences. This is a one day conference to encourage men to bring other men into the group. We have short 20 min sessions that focus on manhood and fathering. These conferences help build momentum and synergy to the weekly meetings.

2. Hold an Alpha Male Retreat
The Discipleship Process is initiated with a one-day retreat where we impart the idea of Identity, Affirmation and Purpose into the men. This retreat is strategically planned to heal the father wound in each man. In essence we prepare the man to begin the journey of transformation.
After the retreat, we invite each man to begin the mentoring process by going through a 3 book curriculum which includes Take Your Place, Alpha Male and G-Men.

3. connect men to discipleship process
Discipleship is critical to building a Men’s Ministry. We have created a year long process utilizing men’s ministry curriculum* in order to facilitate a discipleship process. As the men complete the process, we hold a ceremony at Intense Men recognizing their achievement and commissioning them to take another man through the process. This ensures that we are building men that will in turn build more men.

4. Create ministry opportunities and outlets
The church usually already has community outreach projects and ministries that are functioning. We strongly believe that a critical part of discipleship is serving and putting into practice the biblical truths learned. Men will never be fulfilled until they learn and practice sharing the gospel and sharing their testimony. This is accomplished through outreach in the local church. Here are some examples that we currently use:
- Prison ministry
- Leading a Small Group
- Teaching at Rehab Centers
- Community Food Drives
- Mentoring in Schools

5. attend the intense men event
Intense Men is an annual gathering of men, fathers and sons and leaders held at Jordan Ranch in Schulenburg Texas. Its the largest father and son campout in Texas. This event is geared to be a catalyst for churches and their men. We gather over 20-30 churches that come together to compete, camp out and fellowship with men from all over the world. This is the big gathering that the men look forward to each year to come together as men and hear a timely word from great speakers from all over the world.
